SPECIAL FORCES FOUNDATION

“EXTRAORDINARY SACRIFICE DESERVES
EXTRAORDINARY CARE.”

Supporting U.S. Army Special Forces & Their Families

OUR MISSION

Special Forces Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization serving U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets) and their families. The Foundation provides a range of programs aligned with the SOCOM Commander's Preservation of The Force and Family (POTFF) program, designed to address the fraying of the forces after nearly two decades of sustained combat.

We help maintain the mental and physical well-being of Green Berets and offer support for psychological, emotional, and relationship issues.

OUR PROGRAM PILLARS

OPERATOR &
FAMILY SUPPORT

Our broadest program, filling critical gaps not covered by other means. We provide resources for operators & their families, including transition support, education scholarships, emergency financial assistance, travel & childcare for medical needs, & family trips to reconnect after deployments.

QUICK REACTION
FORCE (QRF)

Our Quick Reaction Force is a cohesive support element ready to respond when operators are in crisis. We coordinate peer support, rapid travel when needed, & immediate access to mental health resources, including partnered mobile apps for real-time assistance.

AWARENESS &
LEGACY INITIATIVE

Born from the Trojan Horse Monument project at 10th Group, this initiative builds memorials, hosts remembrance events, assists with funerals, & raises awareness so the sacrifices of Green Berets & their families are never forgotten.

GOLD STAR &
SURVIVING FAMILY
PROJECT

Our Gold Star & Surviving Families hold a special place in our hearts. We cover travel for memorials & events, support home & vehicle repairs, & keep families connected to the Special Forces community so they know they are never forgotten.

TRANSFORMATIVE
CARE

We partner with leading clinics & foundations to provide advanced, no-cost mental health & healing options tailored to Green Berets – from counseling & therapy to alternative & holistic treatments through trusted partners.

MINDBLOOM PARTNERSHIP

INTRODUCING SFF
STRATEGIC ADVISORY
GROUP: 33A

SFF 33 Alpha is a newly formed collection of spiritual warriors—an invite-only cadre of civilian ADVISORS, ADVOCATES, and ANGEL INVESTORS who stand behind the Special Forces Foundation as a true force multiplier. It offers a rare honor and privilege: the chance to aim your resources, relationships, and influence at something worthy by helping America's finest win their most important battle and get back on offense instead of staying stuck on defense.

ADVISOR

  • Bring hard-won experience in business, leadership, finance, law, healthcare, or other fields to help guide SFF's strategy, growth, and sustainability.
  • Offer honest perspective and constructive feedback while respecting the time and bandwidth of Green Berets, SFF staff and other 33A's.

ADVOCATE

  • Use your platform—social, professional, community, and corporate—to tell the story of the ‘invisible war’ these warriors and families are fighting.
  • Invite others into the mission through small gatherings, hosted dinners, golf days, office briefings, and introductions that create new allies for SFF.
  • Help secure sponsorships, grants, matching gifts, and in-kind contributions that expand both funding and awareness.

ANGEL INVESTOR

  • Quietly step in when specific needs arise—covering gaps that don't fit neatly into a program line item but matter deeply to a family in crisis.
  • Offer time, presence, prayer, and encouragement when operators, spouses, or Gold Star families need support that cannot be outsourced.

SFF 33 ALPHA — MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

The Special Forces Foundation expects 33 Alpha members to be deeply engaged, high-trust partners who expand both the reach and the impact of its mission. 33As are asked to bring their full weight—relational, financial, professional, and spiritual—behind Green Berets and their families.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE 33 ALPHA

  • Treat membership as an honor and privilege, not a casual affiliation.
  • Uphold the mission, values, and reputation of the Special Forces Foundation and the Special Forces community.
  • Model integrity, humility, and respect in all interactions.
  • Respond generously and discreetly, understanding that some of the most important wins will never be public.

CORE COMMITMENTS

  • Make a meaningful annual financial commitment aligned with your capacity.
  • Support key SFF events and initiatives each year—such as the gala, major fundraisers, golf tournaments, regional gatherings, private briefings, and hosted small-group events that introduce new donors and partners.
  • Open doors: introduce SFF to potential donors, sponsors, hosts, and partners.

HOW THEY OPERATE

  • Respect confidentiality around sensitive stories, situations, and identities.
  • Offer strategic feedback and connections that expand what's possible for SFF—without adding unnecessary burden to staff.
  • Personally advise interested Green Berets as they transition from active duty, launch companies, step into leadership roles, or navigate major life and career decisions.

REMEMBERING OUR
BROTHERS

De Oppresso Liber Badge
“Bravery is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to face it for the sake of others.”

Honoring the Green Berets and Special Operations warriors who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation.
